All students entering grades 7-12 interested in participating in athletics and/or marching band must complete a yearly pre-participation physical exam. Students interested in athletics and/or marching band are also required to complete online forms through Rank One. The pre-participation physical and online forms must be completed before participation in athletics. 

Please note that minor students must have a parent/legal guardian present when receiving their physicals. The Walk-In Clinic is open 7 days a week from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and is located at 202 S McGee St in Borger. Incoming 7th graders and those new to athletics must receive a Pre-Participation Physical Exam and complete online forms before participation in Strength & Conditioning Camp over the summer. Also, note that the hard copy of the Medical History/Pre-Participation Physical Exam must be turned in to Coach Ortiz or the Athletic Department. This must be signed by both the student and parent/legal guardian.

SCHEDULE CHANGES 

Tennis – The scrimmage against Perryton on Friday, January 23, has been moved to Thursday, January 22, from 1-4.

Girls’ soccer at West Plains has been moved up from Friday, Jan. 23rd, to Thursday, Jan. 22nd. Varsity at 5:00 pm, JV at 7:00 pm.  

Boys’ soccer was moved from Friday, January 23, to Thursday, January 22, at Bulldog Stadium.

The Lady Don wrestling tournament has been canceled.

Boys and Girls Varsity and JV basketball times on January 23 have been moved up to 12 and 1:30 @ Randall High School.
