2026-2027 Registration Now Available!

***All students, new and returning, must complete forms EVERY YEAR. 

Please complete the forms through the Ascender Parent Portal.

Students who do not live in Borger and are requesting a transfer from a surrounding district MUST complete the Out-of-District Transfer Form before completing enrollment forms. Once approved, you may complete registration. A nonresident student wishing to transfer into the District shall file an application for transfer each school year with the Superintendent.

Required documents:

• Birth Certificate of Child 
• Child’s Social Security Card
• Current Shot Records
• Utility Bill as Proof of Address
• Valid ID of Person Enrolling Student- If you are not a parent listed on the birth certificate, you must have a legal document showing authority to enroll the student.
