All Star Incentive Program

  1. Blue paper, give to a student in your classroom

  2. Yellow paper, give to a student not in your classroom

  3. Purpose is to catch a student doing something good

  4. Fill out the brief form and give it to the student and send the student immediately down to the office

The student will receive

  1. Call to their parents telling them what they did to receive the reward

  2. Receive a treasure from the treasure box

  3. Published in newsletter, community, and in the newspaper (if approved by parent)

There will be three yellow and three blue distributed through out the employee boxes each day.

 

Attendance Incentive Program

Rules for Perfect Attendance Prizes: 

1.     If a student misses a half day of school, he/she will not be eligible for the prize.

2.     If a student has more than one tardy during a 3 week period, he/she is not eligible for the prize.

3.     If a student leaves early in the afternoon, it will be counted like a tardy. (Before 3:00 pm) 

3 Week Prizes: 

A drawing will be held each 3 week period in which 4 student names will be drawn.  The prize will consist of a board game, movie rental coupons and popcorn. 

End of Semester Prizes: 

Two drawings will be held at the end of each semester.  These prizes will be HUGE and will include the winning students’ immediate families. 

Incentive for 100% Classroom Attendance: 

Each classroom will have a puzzle which consists of 10 pieces.  Each day that 100% of the class is in attendance, the class will get to put up one puzzle piece.  When the puzzle is complete, all the children in the class will go to Mr. Carothers’ office for a treasure box prize!
