Welcome to Borger Middle School. I am very proud to be a part of this school because of the superior quality of our students, parents, teachers, administrators, and volunteers. You will not find another school with people who care more about achieving excellence on a daily basis. We strive to give our best to the students and parents of Borger and take pride in the accomplishments we see our students and school achieving. Our school motto, “Believers Become Achievers,” is more than a slogan. It is our main focus. We strive to encourage students to achieve success by fostering in them a belief in themselves, their peers, their teachers, their community, and their nation. We try to model a “can do” spirit each day and show our students that there is nothing we cannot achieve if we work together. At Borger Middle School parents and citizens are always welcome. We offer numerous opportunities for them to be involved in the education of their children. My door is always open if there is a problem that needs solving or a question that needs answering. It is my goal as the educational leader of BMS to be actively involved in the process of teaching and learning. My desire is for our classrooms to be places where teachers are enthusiastic about the children and the curriculum with which they work, and where the students are challenged by high expectations that motivate and excite them about learning. I want BMS to be the best middle school in Texas. Come join the excitement!
